Your responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy treatment and care to patients.
- Assess patients and develop individual therapy plans.
- Help patients improve their independence and ability to carry out everyday activities.
- Deliver individual and group occupational therapy sessions.
- Advise and support patients and their families.
- Document treatments and patients’ progress.
- Work with professionals from other disciplines.
What we need from you:
- Completed vocational training or a degree in occupational therapy.
- Professional experience is an advantage.
- German language skills at B1 level or higher.
- Motivation to continue improving your German and obtain a B2 language certificate.
- Enthusiasm for challenging work and a strong commitment to your role.
- Empathy, strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to contribute to the team.
- An organized, independent and solution-focused approach to work.
- Flexibility, reliability and the ability to work as part of a team.
